General Information

The Library will supply photocopies or scans from Library stock, subject to copyright, to all Inner Temple Benchers and to barrister members of the four Inns of Court. Response will be by scan/email or post as required.

Requests for material for Judicial Proceedings may be made using our online order form.

Requests for material for Private Research may be made by downloading and completing a copyright declaration form, which should bear the personal signature of the ultimate user of the research material.

Charges

The current charges are 15p per page.

An administration charge of £5.00 is made for the first item, and £2.50 for each additional item, plus VAT.

Payment is due within 14 days of receipt. An invoice will be sent with the copies. Payment can be made by cheque or credit/debit card.

Copyright Restrictions

The Inner Temple Library can supply photocopies from Library stock subject to the provisions of the law of copyright (the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Copyright and Rights in Performances (Research, Education, Libraries and Archives) Regulations 2014).
